Johanna Ortiz's floral silk organza 'Belle Of The Ball' gown from the Spring 2019 Runway collection is crafted with a floral print, ruched accents and a sheer overlay atop a maxi silhouette. Black Grosgrain belt that ties in the back included, can be worn with or without. This dress has only been worn once, it's in great condition with a small interior stain and a slight discoloration on the armhole seam but not noticeable unless very closely examining the dress.
