Flash Sale Watters Donna/3502

This dress is new this season, and never worn.  In fact it's been out of the bag only once to try on. . Per Watters: "Donna brings the drama with flowing cuffed sleeves on a plunging surplice bodice. The soft shaping of her A-line skirt will flatter every figure."  The photos do not do a good job of showing this but the back is sheer with lots of small buttons down the center.  The sleeves are made of the same sheer chiffon. The primary image shows the actual color of the dress.  The black photo is just to give you a sense of what the back looks like. I  find the dress very flattering.  Just chose to go a different way.
